To make partying safe, inclusive and fun for all we need to establish some rules.

The house rules are intended to guarantee the safety and well-being of every visitor under the roof of de RASA86. With this in mind, no one is exempt from our house rules, including staff, guests, partners, tenants, artists and other attendees. This space is experienced differently by everyone and your behavior will influence the experiences of others. We therefore reserve the right to refuse access, remove you, prohibit access and/or report you to the authorities when deemed necessary.

AGGRESSION
We do not accept any form of aggression, discrimination, exclusion and physical and/or verbal intimidation, - including but not limited to - xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, colorism, ableism, age discrimination. Any activity of this nature will lead to immediate removal and possible further action.

AGE
The minimum age for guest entry is 18 years. The door attendant and security have the right and option to ask for identification. If for any reason this is not provided, your entry will be denied.
EXPRESSION
We have a come-as-you-are and do-as-you mentality. Self-expression through fashion is encouraged, but limited to clothing that could be considered offensive, hurtful and/or inciting violence. RASA86 reserves the right to refuse access and/or remove in the event of non-compliance.

SHOES
For safety reasons, suitable footwear is required. Open shoes such as flip flops, sandals, high heels and anything with a thin sole are considered unsafe. If you consider wearing unsafe footwear, you may be denied entry.

GROUPS
During our club evenings we discourage coming with a group of more than 6 people due to the influence of large groups in our space.

ENVIRONMENT
Please take our neighbors, surroundings and other attendees into account when arriving, waiting, entering and leaving RASA86. Failure to do so may result in denial of access or removal from the site.

INTOXICATION
Visitors who cannot control themselves, are visibly under the influence of substances or do not want to cooperate with our staff will be denied access or removed from the room.

PROVISIONS
Taking food and liquids (including liquid-based hygiene products) inside is prohibited. Inform the doorman and security of anything that is necessary for medical reasons.

SEARCH
When you enter RASA86 you agree to be searched. If you do not consent to being searched, we reserve the right to refuse entry. If you feel uncomfortable searching through a specific team member, we will provide an alternative based on your needs.

TELEPHONE
At some events in RASA86 your phone camera may be covered. If you do not agree with this provision, we reserve the right to deny you access. In the interest of the privacy of visitors and their experience in our space, we ask that you do not take photos, make videos or use a flash. Doing so will result in a warning and possible removal.
​
SMOKING
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area in our courtyard. This includes e-cigarettes, vaporizer pens, regular tobacco and other smoking products. Smoking indoors will result in immediate expulsion.
​
SUBSTANCES
Open use, possession and trade of illegal substances and weapons in and around RASA86 is prohibited. If necessary, first responders will be contacted.
IMAGE
The use of light and images by RASA86 can be dangerous for visitors with a sensitivity to epilepsy and people who have previously had a stroke. RASA86 cannot be held liable for any complications resulting from this.

SUPERVISION
To guarantee the safety of visitors, RASA86 uses camera surveillance in and around the building.
FIRST RESPONDERS
RASA86 is required to enforce the law and call first responders when deemed necessary.
LOST & FOUND
RASA86 cannot be held liable for lost items, although we will do our utmost to find lost items. We keep lost and found items for a maximum of two weeks. If you think you have lost something, please contact connect@rasa86 with a detailed description of your item and a photo if you have one.
